      Take white bread and cut off the crust. Cut the pulp into cubes and place in a frying pan. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and garlic (about 1 tablespoon) and quickly fry. Let the crackers cool.

      Defrost boiled-frozen shrimp in boiling water with a large amount of salt added. Add a spoonful of garlic oil and a spoonful of lemon juice. Let it marinate.
      If you take raw shrimp, you should first boil them, remove the shell and remove the intestines. By the way, you can use any shrimp for Caesar. For example, king or tiger shrimp are good for salad. If there are none, you can get by with ordinary oceanic ones. Please note that it is better not to boil boiled shrimp. It will be enough to fill them with hot water with plenty of salt.

      To the remaining butter with garlic (about 4 tablespoons), add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix the dressing and set aside.

      Cut the lettuce leaves into large pieces or tear them by hand. Caesar is usually made from romaine lettuce, but you can use another type of lettuce or a ready-made mix from the supermarket.
