In salted water, with the addition of bay leaf and black peppercorns, boil the chicken fillet until tender.

Boil the eggs, peel them, separate them into white and yolk. Grate them separately.

As soon as the pan heats up, add chopped onions and about 100-120 grams of canned mushrooms.
Fry until the onion darkens (5-7 minutes). Remove the frying pan from the heat. By this time, the carrots should have already been cooked, so take them out of the pan, cool them a little (so you can pick them up with your hands) and cut them into thin strips. Leave three thin slices of carrots for decoration. Boil three eggs in the saucepan where the carrots were cooked “hard-boiled” (about 10 minutes), remove the shells as soon as they are cooked, and also cut into cubes as small as possible.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into cubes approximately 0.5 x 0.5 cm. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Wash and finely chop the dill, leaving three sprigs for decoration.

Step 2: “assemble” the salad.


Place the ingredients in the salad bowl in this order. Place mushrooms fried with onions on the very bottom and spread mayonnaise on top. Then, chopped chicken fillet, mayonnaise again.
