  • water (100 ml);

  • salt and spices to taste.

Mix all dry ingredients first. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and water. Smoothly add water to the flour, stirring the dough constantly with a wooden spoon and then with your hands. In this recipe, you can replace water with milk.

While kneading the dough, grease your hands with olive oil to gradually introduce it into the dough and make it easier to work.
