  • tomatoes - 2 fruits;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • 1 sour apple;

From the minced meat prepared for meatballs, small balls are formed, which are dipped in flour, an egg in breading, and then baked until fully cooked in highly hot vegetable oil. I wrote a very simple and most importantly delicious recipe for cooking the meatballs shown in the photo, you can familiarize yourself with it.

Photo of beef stewed in red wine. The dish is made simply. Fry large pieces of beef pulp in olive oil until baked, then send chopped onions to a cauldron with meat, then carrots. Salt the dish, pour in a couple of glasses of red wine, then simmer the beef and wine for about an hour under a closed lid. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, spicy herbs (thyme, rosemary), garlic, chopped into slices and freshly ground black pepper are sent to the cauldron. Simultaneously with cooking the meat, we prepare a side dish. To do this, it is enough to place in a cauldron (directly on the meat) an earthenware or porcelain bowl with green beans and / or broccoli, the vegetables are miraculously steamed.

Photo of lasagna, which I once made from minced meat, mushrooms, and purchased lasagna sheets. Since lasagna, like pizza, does not have a single recipe, without further ado, I got very creative with the process of making lasagna. He made the meat base on the basis of ground beef, mushrooms and pre-fried vegetables, after which he poured the minced meat with a glass of red wine, and at the very end - added garlic and chopped parsley, dill and green onions, poured a layer of lasagna with béchamel sauce and sprinkled with grated cheese. At the very end, the lasagna pictured was sprinkled with parmesan cheese. The dish of Italian cuisine turned out to be very tasty and satisfying, if anyone wants to try making minced meat lasagna shown in the photo, I attach its recipe.

Potatoes, cucumbers, garlic and tomatoes are cut into thin plastics, after which the meat and potatoes are separately fried in a cauldron until half cooked. Fried meat and potatoes are sent to a cast-iron pan, cucumbers and tomatoes are also placed there, everything is slightly mixed and sent to a preheated oven until a baked crust is obtained on meat and potatoes. It turns out very tasty and original.

  • 250 g of onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 green pepper;
  • some olive oil;
  • 500 g beef drumstick;
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika;
  • 1 ½ l beef broth;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • ½ tablespoon of cumin seeds;
  • some red wine vinegar;
  • a few sprigs of fresh marjoram;
  • sea ​​salt to taste;
  • 200 g of potatoes.

Preparation

Chop the onion into half rings, chop the garlic, remove the seeds from the pepper and dice it. Pour the olive oil into a saucepan and cook the vegetables over medium heat until softened.

Good beef should be red or light red and no dry edges.

Cut the beef into small cubes and cook with the vegetables until the meat is browned. Add the paprika, stir and fry for another 2 minutes. Then pour in 200 ml of broth, bring to a boil and cook until the volume of the liquid is halved.

Add finely chopped tomatoes, cumin seeds, vinegar, tomato paste and chopped marjoram. If you can't find fresh herbs, replace them with a tablespoon of dried marjoram. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in half of the remaining stock and simmer for 1.5-2 hours. Then place the diced potatoes in a saucepan, add the broth and cook until tender. If the soup seems thick to you, add a little hot water while cooking.

2. Spaghetti lasagna with beef

  • 450 g spaghetti;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g grated parmesan;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 450 g ground beef;
  • 800 g of mashed tomatoes;
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 250 g ricotta;
  • 350 g grated mozzarella;
  • a few sprigs of parsley.

Preparation

Boil in salted water until al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain, add 1 egg and parmesan to the spaghetti and mix thoroughly.

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Place the chopped onion in the oil and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened. Add finely chopped garlic and stir in vegetables. Lay out the minced meat and fry for about 6 minutes.

Then add tomato paste to the filling, stir, and after a minute add the grated tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for another 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta and remaining egg.

Place some meat filling on the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half the spaghetti, half the filling, half the ricotta and half the mozzarella. Repeat the layers one more time and place the lasagne in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

  • 1¹⁄₂ kg beef rump
  • 2 medium onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 stalks of celery;
  • 1 head of garlic;
  • 1 bunch of herbs, such as a mixture of thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, and sage
  • sea ​​salt to taste;

Preparation

Remove the beef from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking to bring the meat to room temperature.

If the meat is old and tough, coat it with mustard, leave for an hour and rinse before cooking.

Wash the onions, carrots and celery well and chop them coarsely. Divide the garlic into cloves. Peeling vegetables is optional. Place vegetables and herbs on the bottom of a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Tie the meat with a string, brush with olive oil and rub with salt and pepper. Place the beef on top of the vegetables and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 240 ° C. Then immediately reduce the temperature to 200 ° C. Roast the beef for an hour or longer, depending on your preference.

If the vegetables start to burn, add some hot water to the baking sheet. And to make the meat juicier, pour it with fat from the bottom of the baking sheet.

  • 2 tablespoons flour;
  • some olive oil;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 5 small onions;
  • 2 stalks of celery;
  • 4 carrots;
  • ½ bunch thyme;
  • 4 small ripe tomatoes;
  • 150 ml of red wine;
  • 500 ml of beef broth;
  • some Worcestershire sauce;
  • 2 fresh bay leaves
  • sea ​​salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation

Cut the fillets into small cubes and coat completely in flour.

Heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat. Cook the beef for 5 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally until they are browned. Then add the meat from the saucepan.

Chop the garlic, cut the onions in half and chop the celery coarsely. Peel the carrots and cut into thick slices.

Pour some more oil into the saucepan and add the vegetables. Add thyme leaves to these and cook for 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

Add the beef, sifted tomatoes and red wine to the vegetables and stir. Once the liquid has evaporated, add the broth, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper and place the stew in a preheated 160 ° C oven for 3-4 hours. Finished meat should be tender.

5. Quesadillas with beef

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 450 g ground beef;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 6 tortillas;
  • 250 g of grated hard cheese;
  • a few tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 1 avocado
  • a few sprigs of parsley.

Preparation

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Fry the finely chopped onion in it, then add the chopped garlic, chili and cumin. Stir well and add the minced meat to the skillet.

After the minced meat is browned, add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, and remove from heat.

Grease a baking dish with butter and place one tortilla on the bottom. Put a fifth of the vegetable filling and a little grated on it. Repeat the layers and sprinkle the last tortilla with cheese.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle the slightly cooled quesadilla with the slices of the remaining tomato, brush with sour cream, put the avocado slices on it and garnish with parsley leaves.

Ingredients for four burgers

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ red onion;
  • 1 sprig of fresh tarragon;
  • 1 large egg;
  • a handful of bread crumbs;
  • a few teaspoons of Dijon mustard;
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan;
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg;
  • 400 g ground beef;
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • some vegetable oil;
  • a few lettuce leaves;
  • 4 pickles.

Preparation

Combine chili powder, chopped onion, finely chopped tarragon leaves, egg, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon mustard, parmesan, nutmeg and minced meat. Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Make four cutlets from minced meat and refrigerate for half an hour.

Grease a skillet with vegetable oil and fry each cutlet for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. If you want them to cook harder, simply lengthen the cooking time to your liking.

Cut the burger buns in half and lightly grill them on the inside on the grill or skillet. Brush four halves of the buns with mustard, put the lettuce leaves, ready-made cutlets greased with mustard, two slices of pickled cucumber on them, and cover with other buns.

  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano;
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 900 g ground beef;
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • ¼ a teaspoon of ground chili;
  • 50 g bread crumbs;
  • ½ bunch of parsley;
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 240 g ricotta;
  • 2 eggs;
  • some vegetable oil.

Preparation

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil, season with salt and oregano. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the grated tomatoes and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook the sauce for an hour, stirring every 5 minutes to keep it from burning.

In the meantime, mix all the ingredients except for the oil. Shape the mixture into small balls and place in a greased baking dish. Place in an oven preheated to 230 ° C for 20 minutes. Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs and bake for another 15 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 350 g frozen fries;
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 1 large yellow pepper;
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • a few sprigs of parsley.

Preparation

Slice the meat into small, flat rectangles.

Do not cut the meat too thin, otherwise it will be dry.

Place the beef in a plastic bag, add soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, ginger and cumin. Tie the bag tightly, shake and let sit for 20 minutes. While the meat is marinating, cook according to the instructions on the package.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add the marinated beef. Cook for 3 minutes, turning the meat periodically, until browned. Place the beef on a plate.

In the same skillet, fry the thinly stripped peppers and onion half rings for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The vegetables should be almost completely soft.

Add thinly sliced ​​tomatoes and beef. Cook for 2 more minutes. Then remove from heat, mix with French fries and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  • 1 large red bell pepper;

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Cut the beef and jalapenos into small strips. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and lightly fry the peppers, minced garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Then add the meat and cook until the beef is done you want.

Cut the bell pepper and cucumber into thin strips. Arrange the toasted ingredients with the vegetables. Place the salad on a serving platter and top with the vegetables and beef. Add thinly sliced ​​onions if desired.

Preparation
