This simple baked goods cooks quickly and with little to no hassle. I always keep this simple recipe in my mind, suddenly I want something tasty right here and right now. The products are the simplest, and the kefir pie with apples turns out to be wonderful. I will not say that this pie is a restaurant level. These are simple homemade "cozy" baked goods that I wouldn't trade for any milfei, panna cotta or tiramisu.

This pie is prepared very quickly, literally in no time: I kneaded the dough, cut the apples, put it in a mold and set it to bake. Everything! Only the most pleasant remains - tasting. Therefore, let’s bring this moment closer.

(glass - 200 ml)

Selected chicken eggs- 2 pcs.;
- kefir (the percentage of fat does not matter) - 1 tbsp.;
- high-grade flour (wheat) - 1 tbsp.;
- granulated sugar - 0.3-0.5 st.;
- sweet and sour apples - 4 pcs. (medium);
- vanilla sugar- 10 g;
- butter - 30-40 g;
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp.

Pour kefir warmed to room temperature into a deep bowl. Add eggs there. Again, it is advisable that they are not just fished out of the bowels of the refrigerator. Let them warm up a little. Pour melted butter there. But the butter needs to be slightly cooled before adding so that it is not hot. Add sugar (regular white and vanilla).

Mix everything well, shake (with a whisk or fork). Better yet, beat at low speed with a blender or mixer. Add baking soda. No vinegar needed. The soda will be extinguished due to the acid of kefir, and due to this quick pie with apples on kefir it will turn out to be airy and soft.

Now add the sifted flour. Add in small portions so that you do not zealously fight the lumps that will inevitably appear if you add everything at once.

Stir. The dough should be smooth, not too thick or too fluid.

Wash the apples. Remove ponytails and core. Peel off if desired. Cut the fruit into small wedges.

Place half of the dough into a mold.

Spread the apple slices evenly.

And cover with the remaining dough. Place the cake pan in the oven. It should already be warmed up to 180-200 degrees. Bake the apple pie for about 40 minutes on the middle tier oven... Check readiness with a toothpick.

  • 320 g wheat flour
  • 250 ml of kefir

We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

We drive two eggs into any container suitable for kneading the dough and add a glass of sugar and vanillin (or vanilla sugar).


Using a mixer or an ordinary fork (in the absence of a whisk), lightly beat the eggs with sugar until white(2-3 minutes).


Add a glass of kefir of any fat content to the egg-sugar mass.


Lightly melt 50 g of butter in microwave oven or just take it out of the refrigerator in advance so that by the time of X it becomes very soft.


Add the melted butter to the dough, mix everything slightly with a mixer. Then we add two glasses of flour (without a slide, glass = 200 ml) and soda into the dough. For a minute, knead the batter and break all the flour lumps.


To prepare this apple pie on kefir, I used a detachable form with a diameter of 19 cm. I covered the bottom of the form with parchment, did not grease the walls with anything, since the dough contains a sufficient amount of butter, which will prevent the pie from sticking to the form.

Pour out the liquid kefir dough in the form.


Peel two medium apples, cut in half and core. Cut the apples into slices, which, in turn, lay out on the surface of the dough. Slightly "drown" the slices in the dough.


We send the form with the dough into an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake it for 40-45 minutes, depending on the characteristics of the oven.

After a measured time, we check the apple pie on kefir for readiness with a toothpick or a match, piercing the pie in the center with it. If, nevertheless, it turns out that the cake inside is damp, but there is one “secret” how to bring it to perfect condition and not burn it. We simply cover the cake pan with a sheet of foil and again send the cake to the oven for 10 minutes to bake. This will stop the “browning” process, but the cake will continue to bake from the inside.

Heat the milk until slightly warm, crumble the yeast into it and add ½ tbsp. l. Sahara. Leave for 10 minutes to swell the yeast.


In a separate bowl, mix kefir, salt, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and sunflower oil... Heat the mixture to 40 degrees (slightly warm).


Mix yeast with kefir and stir well.


Then add flour in parts and knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. You may need a little less flour or more, depending on its quality and on the kefir. As soon as the dough only slightly sticks to your hands, stop adding flour. The dough should not be heavily hammered or tight.


Leave the dough warm for an hour, no more. Be sure to cover the bowl with a towel. For the yeast to work actively, the container with the dough can be placed in a steam bath (on a bowl of warm water). Dough in a multicooker works well with the Yogurt / Dough setting on. This program supports optimal temperature for raising yeast dough (+ 36-40 degrees).

Wash the apples, peel and core, cut into small cubes.

It is better to choose apples of a sour or sweet and sour variety, then the filling will turn out to be tastier, with a slight sour tint.




Pour apples into a saucepan or saucepan, add 2 tbsp. l. sugar and butter.


Simmer apple cubes for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cool the finished filling.


The dough will double. You do not need to crush the dough during the test.

Pin up the edges and form a neat patty. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet and lay out the formed products with the seam down.


Grease each product on top with egg yolk using a cooking brush.


Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the delicacy for 35 minutes. Store the finished baked goods by covering with a towel or napkin. Serve with your favorite drinks at the end of your meal.
