And although I have long been no such salads, all my surroundings simply cannot live without this combination of products.

This year I decided to experiment and prepare Olivier Salad for his loved ones, but not with sausage or meat, but with weak salmon.

The ingredients are all the same that they go to the classic Olivier: boiled potatoes, boiled, pickled green peas, the greenery of the bow and dill, pickled and fresh cucumbers, and ... weak salmon salmon.

Salad proportions are usually taken to the eye, based on taste preferences.
