Break eggs into a bowl, add 120 g of sugar and beat with a whisk.

  1. Chicken eggs (it is recommended to take 2) must be thoroughly beaten with a glass of granulated sugar. The result should be a lush foam.

  4. The cake is baked at a temperature of 200 degrees. The optimal duration is 35-45 minutes. It is recommended to check the readiness with a wooden stick.

7. Knead the dough. We do this quickly (you do not need to mix for a long time), but carefully so that there is no unmixed flour left.

8. Prepare muffins for muffins, if necessary - grease them with oil. Spoon the dough into the molds, try to fill them evenly.

9. We cut the washed and dried plums in half, remove the seeds. In each mold with the dough, we put a half of the plum with the cut up. Press the plum into the dough to the very bottom of the mold.

And in addition, it is also more useful, because ginger greatly strengthens the immune system, and turmeric helps to maintain an excellent memory.   • Butter - 200 g;
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • Flour - 200g;

The dough is prepared very similar to our favorite apricot pie and turns out to be just as lush, despite the abundance of fruit!

Beat the softened butter with a mixer with sugar - for half a minute, until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating a little after each.

Add cognac to the dough (and if you bake for children, you don't need to add it).

After sifting flour into the dough, add baking powder and spices.

Stir and add pitted plums. If the plums are large, put a dozen or a half; if small, you can even two dozen.

Mix the dough again and place in a greased cake pan.

I used to bake in a mold with a hole - so that the dough, which contains a lot of juicy fruits, baked faster and better. You can bake a cake in a simple round shape, or in a rectangular - in the latter case, baking time will take longer.

We bake a cake with plums at 180-190C for 45-60 minutes, depending on your shape and height of the cake. When the wooden stick stays dry when tasting the cake in the highest place, and the crust on it becomes rosy and crispy, it's time to turn it off. And all this time your kitchen will smell just amazing! In a good way, of course :)

Let the cake stand for 10-15 minutes in the form - it is very tender when hot. Then, carefully cutting the edges with a knife, turn the form over onto the dish. If you don't want to shake it out right away, cover it with a damp towel, let it stand for a few minutes. Then gently knock on the mold - and here's the cupcake on the platter!
