Cabbage roll

This appetizer is perfect for any festive table!

Composition: Chinese cabbage - 1 head of cabbage, Bell pepper- 3-4 pcs. (different colors), soft fused cream cheese- 1 package (200 g), feta cheese or any Caucasian cheese - 200 g, pitted olives - 1 can (200 ml), garlic - 2-3 cloves.

Preparation: grate cheese, processed cheese knead, chop the garlic. Cut the pepper into small cubes and the olives into slices. Mix both types of cheese, garlic, pepper and olives. Cut the head of cabbage lengthwise. Coat each leaf of both halves with a thin layer of filling. Reconnect the head of cabbage into one piece, tie it with a thread, wrap it tightly with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When serving, remove the strapping and cut into slices. Cabbage can be replaced with leaves green salad- they are greased with a filling and rolled into a roll.

This dish was invented in Mexico, but now it has spread all over the world. Two options to choose from!

In mexican

Composition: onions - 1 pc. (large), vegetable oil for deep fat. For batter (dough): egg - 1 pc., Sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon, vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon, flour - 3-4 tbsp. spoons, salt, red pepper - to taste.

In Japanese

Composition: onions - 2 pcs. (large), vegetable oil for frying. For batter: potato starch - 3 tbsp. spoons, wheat flour - 1 glass, cold water or beer - 1 glass, soda - ½ teaspoon, salt, spices - to taste.

Preparation: mix all the components of the batter. It will be tastier if it stands for at least an hour, or better - at night. Cut the onion into thin circles, disassemble into rings. Put the rings in a bowl, sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of flour and shake until the whole onion is covered with flour. Dip each ring in batter and fry in highly heated oil until golden brown. Fold the finished rings on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Composition (for 24 balls): carrots - 2 pcs. (large), dates - 8 pcs. (or 150 g of raisins), honey - 1 teaspoon, coconut - 80 g, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger - ½ teaspoon each, nuts (optional) - 1-2 tbsp. spoons, coconut or sesame seeds for sprinkling.

Preparation: finely grate carrots, add dates, honey and spices and chop with a blender in mashed potatoes. Mix with coconut flakes and crushed nuts (the mass should be dense). Blind balls, roll them in sprinkle.

Salad with crab sticks and mushrooms
Ingredients:
. crab sticks- 150-200 g;

... corn - 1 small jar;

... mayonnaise or sour cream;

Preparation:

Preparation:
