Ingredients:

  • 350 ml. sour cream;
  • 2 sweet oranges;
  • 3 banana;
  • 2 climbing vanillin;

  • 20 g gelatin.

It is preparing very simple and fast enough. Fruits will suit any, seasonal. Especially tasty with cherries, strawberries, apricots or peaches, with grapes, etc. In winter, Kiwi and Orange are perfectly combined.

For the preparation of 4 servings of sour cream jelly with fruit, we will need 2 packages of fruit powder jelly for 90 g, sour cream 20% fat, kiwi and orange.

First you need to dissolve the powder jelly according to the instructions. As a rule, the contents of the package must be pouring 400 ml of hot boiled water, to stir well or fork, so that there are no lumps.
