For 500-600 g of pork you need to prepare:

  • 200-300 g of green beans, frozen or fresh;
  • 2 onions;
  • 5-6 art. l. soy sauce;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 1 hot pepper;
  • 2 tbsp. l. spoons of sesame;
  • 3 art. l. vegetable oil;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Salt may not be needed as soy sauce is salty. Also use ground pepper carefully, otherwise you will get an “explosive mixture” together with chili pepper.

In addition to beans, carrots and onions, you can also add sweet peppers and tomatoes from vegetables.

For taste, lovers can add ginger root.

Cooking green beans with pork in Asian style begins with marinating the meat:

Wash pork, pat dry with paper towels and cut. IN Chinese restaurants most often served meat, cut into cubes. But you can also cut it into cubes. The main thing is that the pieces are small, otherwise they will not fry quickly.

We place the meat in a saucepan or salad bowl, pour soy sauce and mix. Pork should be marinated for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

After about 15-20 minutes, when the meat and vegetables are browned, pour the frozen beans into them. Again, switch the stove to medium heat, close the pan with a lid and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Finely chop the garlic, hot pepper and, if any, tomatoes. Pour them into the skillet. By this time, the beans should be semi-soft.

To cook stir-fry pork, we take lean meat (fillet or tenderloin). Cut into thin long strips.
