While you cook everything else, we cover sauce and send to the refrigerator.

For a blister:

  1. we take a half-cup of flour, add half a cup of breading superstars, salt and a baking powder - in half a spoon, on a bourgeon of a teaspoon laying ground cumin, turmeric, Cayenne pepper, simple ground black pepper, as well as Indian spices "Garam Massal" (if any);
  2. this mixture is poured by a mineral milling, 1 tbsp. a spoon of lemon juice and a couple of vegetable oil spoons;
  3. separately, we whip a pair of egg proteins to the foam, which gently add to the clarity and mix;
  4. oven heating up to 240 degrees;
  5. cabbage inflightement is inquisitive, then we collapse in the remaining crumbs and put the baking sheet on the oiled melted;
  6. we will put a baking sheet in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Before flowing, the baked cabbage is beautifully decomposed on the dish, we serve with mint sauce.
