You can also make a more raw, but also a calorie version of the souffle, which will more like a strong floor, adding fried fried mushrooms and grated cheese into mince, it turns out very tasty. I lay the resulting mass in the cooking tray for a pair (as I have a tray with quite large holes, then I first walked it gauze, so before shifting the minced stuffing in the container, check if there is no need to do it too).


In the multicooker's bowl pour enough hot water, I set the tray with a souffle, close the slow cooker and choose to prepare the "Cook for a pair" mode. After 40 minutes, the souffle will be ready. After the sound signal, I turn off the multicooker, carefully open and leave the souffle in the tray so that it is cooled and "grasped". Then I get out of the form, we shift onto the flat dish and gently remove the gauze.
